It is a small village in Bosnia and Herzegovina where, in 1981, the Blessed Virgin Mary began to appear to 6 children, now adults. The Virgin in the first years spoke to the visionaries and gave them messages especially for the Parish and the place.

Over the years he began to give his messages to the whole world. From those first years to the present, millions of pilgrims have gone to Medjugorje and millions are also the conversions, the graces and the gifts that God, through His Holy Mother, has poured out in this blessed place.

Medjugorje is thus a place of grace, of healing, of reconciliation, of forgiveness, of prayer, of peace, of conversion, of encounter with God and with oneself. It is a gift from Heaven, where Mary, the Mother of Jesus, Mother of the Holy Church and our Mother, teaches us with her maternal love the path that leads us to Heaven.
